Small Business Checklists

Checklists for Retail Businesses, Small Restaurants, Inventory-Based Companies and Service-Based Companies as well as an Errors of Omission Checklist. These lists enable the small business owner to take a “snapshot” of the company and its perceived structure/performance and thus enable the owner to devise plans of action to correct any areas that he or she considers deficient.

Small Business Resource Books

Seven of these information-packed booklets are authored by the writers at New Ground Publications and address a variety of business management areas from, among others, Writing a Business Plan; Understanding Commercial Lending; Small Business Report Card and Buying and Selling a Business. Two of the publications are from Corporate Turnaround and provide information on how to restructure existing small business debt and thus, hopefully prevent a small business owner from going into bankruptcy.
